Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are not accepted for items marked Final Sale, or for hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., feeding items, teethers, etc.).

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • In case of a return due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@urbannovamart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
